I tried updating it, but something odd is happening :?

It's changing to the new style when I hit refresh, but then going back to the old style after a few seconds :?

It's hardly me who's failing, I've done nothing but follow the instructions

I've now deleted and re-installed the thing and it's doing the same thing, changes for a few seconds, then goes back to the old style :?

It's getting annoying now, it's like it's tempting me with each click  :sulk:

at a guess, you've got two things conflicting, one changes it, the other changes it back

It may seem a flippant answer (it is actually) but it's also true, there's only one thing that would cause that I can think of without looking at it, and that's having the two changers running at once and them getting arsey, or the same one twice, which should be impossible. Beyond that, I'm stumped :?

The only other thing I can suggest that will probably fix it in one shot is to uninstall/reinstall your browser, but that's mega-drastic :?

Quality control.

There was some maintenance that may have caused that

It only started happening yesterday I think, my catalogue of shite was intact before that.

Not changed anything in my profile myself, Brum, when you get over 5k posts your profile doesn't show your most active topic but I thought that was all that had changed :?

Cheers Brum :toppa:

Like I mentioned before the post count in the post history is permanently on 250 and each new post knocks off the last one which obv means it's only a very recent post history depending on how much tripe I'm posting.

Probably because of the load issue on the DB

There was a way to change the background of the posts wasn't there? at the minute they're alternately white and grey. I want them all to be white. Was sure there was another post about this but can't seem to
find it...

EDIT: Found it, ignore me.

There's work being done behind the scenes, the 250 seems to be a hardcoded limit

Don't want to start a new thread for this, this seems the best place to mention this.
Just posted in a thread, then went to 'view your posts'.
No sign of the thread I'd just posted in.
I hit refresh, nothing. Refresh again, nothing.
After refreshing for the 4th time, the thread appeared in my 'view your posts'.

wtf?? happens quite often as well.

Why do you need to check what you've posted just after you've done it?
